We just moved to Reno, NV because my husband got a new job, and I am very glad we signed up for wildblue nevada. In the evening when my husband gets home he likes to relax by playing games on Yahoo. After he gets on our Wild Blue Broadband Internet he pulls up the site and our baby comes running. He loves to watch his dad play bejeweled the most. He is slowly learning how to use the mouse to switch the jewels into place.
The time spent between son and father is great when it is relaxing for both. Usually, my husband will use the games on the wild blue internet to calm down the baby before he goes to bed. He also likes to play games with him on the weekend mornings while I am cooking. Our son learns a lot and thinks spending quality time with his dad is great.
We also play games that are geared toward young children with him. These games teach him how to color, numbers and letters. His favorite is peek-a-boo, where he clicks on a character that jumps out on the screen. The games are educational and keep his very busy mind occupied.
Playing games online with our child is a great way to bond with him and teach him the ins and outs of a mouse and keyboard. The games themselves teach critical thinking and recognition as well, we see this have a positive effect on his other daily activities.
