Though not all people realize how tough and how important this job is, not all people consider this job as something honorable and therefore they will need so much effort to do it successfully. This job is a 24 hours a day and 7 days a week responsibility. What job is it? The answer is being a parent. If you do not think of it as a job, but at least you will agree about the responsibility that should be done at least until the child can be independent.
Though there are many aspects that can be discussed in bein g parent, now we will take the case if you have large family with relatively many children. What can you do to take a look at each of your child as an individual? The first simple thing that you must do is by asking each of the child about their day, only if they want to and only if you have the proper skill to listen.
Next, you will need to look at the individuals work, what their goals, and what are they doing. However, this should be balanced also with your praise whenever you look at their achievements not only on the result but more on the effort.

Being a parent is a 24 hour job and also having a debt that can only be paid back if you already make them ready to face the reality in life by themselves so that they, later on, can have the same responsibility as parents for their children. Well, since there are limitless aspects that can be discussed, this time we will talk about how important it is to spend quality time in larger family, and some of the tips to do it.
Well, spending quality timew actually is not only applicable towards the the individuals since it is also needed in the family as a whole. However, as parents, we have the obligation treat our shild not as community but they also need to be recognized as complete individual with specific needs and potentiality.
The first thing that you need to do is to make question about their day, individually. Since listening can be a tricky aspect, make sure you really know and you really apply the technique of nbeing a good listener. Next, you need to take time to look at what they have done, their work, or their creativity. Though it might be a little thing to you, when you see them doing it in full effort, you know that there is a gift there waiting to be nurtured.
