Your baby is going to have its first birthday soon, but its teeth haven’t started to grow yet? Although you think you have feed it with the most nutritious baby food?

Normally, baby’s teeth start to grow when your baby is 7 to 9 months old. However, doctors say that it is normal when baby’s teeth haven’t growth after a year or so. Babies have their own time to grow teeth. You do not have to worry. All you have to do is to give your baby enough food which is containing balance nutrition according to the food pyramids. There is no multivitamin or formulated milk needed for infants, otherwise your baby would be overweight. Breast milk is the best main food for baby’s growth.

To stimulate teeth growth, you have to make sure that your baby gets enough calcium to grow teeth. As I said before, breast milk is the best. It contains nutrition that is needed by babies to grow and its texture is very easy to be digested by its young stomach. When you start to give solid food, make sure that you give your baby textured food. Don’t give soft porridge all the time. Textured food helps babies to practice chewing, as well as stimulating its gum to grow teeth.
