They are like a blank piece of paper, that every single word that written on them will absorbed perfectly. So there is no tolerance to give them wrong parenting, harsh attitude, or bad words, because they will record it hundred percent in their memory and imitate it in their attitude. It is every parent’s responsibility to nurse and educate them right and properly according to their age with love and care.

If children done any bad attitude, parents are not allowed to get mad. Parents must give explanation why children should not do that mistake. But if children keep on repeating that bad attitude, parents should give a stronger emphasis on their explanation and give punishment that can make them deterred from doing that bad attitude.

If children done any good attitude, don’t delay to give them rewards, and give them present once in a while. Rewards and presents can become their motivation and their pride to do more good and valuable attitudes.

Teach your children responsibility. For example after they eat food, they should throw the rubbish into the trash basket. Or when they finish play with their toys, teach them to clean and settle all the toys back into the toy box.

Teach your children to love reading the books. Books are like window of outer world. From reading many books they will get much knowledge that not obtainable from parents or other sources. Television consist of millions of motion pictures, this actually can disturb their concentration and make them inpatient. One to two hours a day to watch the television is sufficient.

Teach your children to say those golden words, such as “I am sorry” if they done anything wrong; “Thank you” if they are given any things or any help from someone; and “Please” if they need any help from anyone. These words will make them realize the important meaning to respect others.

Babies and children are so sensitive to various germs and bacteria. Therefore, it is our duty as parents to make everything as hygiene as possible. Keeping the hygiene is not always mean using gallons of alcohol; some germs can be handled by using hot water or soap. Here are some tips that we can apply in our daily life with the children.

Some of us are only using baby wipes when we are replacing the baby’s diaper. Well, the baby wipes might look effective on cleaning our hand or baby’s skin, but the germs remains. To rid the germs away, we can wash our hands and baby’s skin with hot water and soap. If it is too complicated, then antiseptic liquid like gel or tissue with alcohol or antiseptic can be a good choice.

What we are going to do might seem too much, but we have to wash the bottle or pacifier that dropped on the floor or table even though it only touches the floor for about several seconds. For the whole house, make sure that we vacuum all of the rugs, curtain or sofa to avoid dust, and mop the floor every day.

Providing our kids a safe place to grow is one important thing that we should consider. Choosing the suitable neighborhood for our kids development is also plays crucial role. With a good neighborhood it is hopefully our kids are able to grow without worrying any kinds of danger that can harm them. Choosing a place to live is important, because when we are living in a bad place our kids are able learn various things that is not suitable for their age. Many lessons that they receive from a bad neighborhood are destructive and dangerous. It is dangerous for their mental and physical development. Therefore we must be very careful in selecting the place we want to live. If the situation is not allowing us to have suitable neighborhood for our kids to grow, then parent must be able to teach their kids about what is good and what is bad.

Being a parent is not an easy job, therefore a good preparation is crucial in welcoming our God given gift to this world. We are surely do not want anything bad happen to our children.
