The Girls Next Door is a great show on the E! network. I was watching satellite tv the other night and found an old rerun of it I hadn’t seen in awhile. This one was from when Holly Madison, Kendra Wilkinson, and Bridgette Marquette were Hugh Hefner’s girlfriends. This was the first season this show was ever on TV.
I really enjoyed getting to know Hef and the girls on this season. This show happened to be the one where they all decided to move on to other things. Kendra sat the girls down and told them she was moving out of the mansion. It was very emotional for all of them. You could see how close they had become living together for all this time. They honestly had become like sisters. Kendra mentions how Hef helped her to become the person that she is today. Kendra now has her own show on E! with her husband Hank Baskett.
This made me find a few more of The Girls Next Door to watch again over the next few days. The next season is with 3 different girlfriends. They are Crystal Harris and the Shannon Twins, Karissa and Kristina. They seem to all have a lot of fun together. Crystal is his #1 girlfriend that lives in his room on this season. This is a very interesting show. You learn about living in the Playboy mansion and how things work there. You get a bit of a look into their parties and even some of Hef’s work. If you are a fan of Playboy, check this show out because I am sure you will enjoy it as much as I do.
